What experience does PVS have?

Dannielle Paisley, the founder of PVS, has spent over a decade working in the corporate world, handling various administrative tasks from file management, to billing services, to legal work. Since transitioning to the role of virtual assistant, she has assisted with property management, personal assisting, and legal work. Her formal resume is available upon request.

How does billing work?

Paisley Virtual Solutions will provide clients with a monthly invoice. You will receive your invoice 10 days prior to the start of a new month. Invoices are to be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or ACH transfer by the first day of the new month. PVS also utilizes Bill.com for billing services.

What tasks can a virtual assistant help with?

Virtual assistants can complete a number of tasks for you. Most common tasks include scheduling meetings, drafting email responses, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and following up on invoice payments.

What are personal assistance tasks?

Examples include creating a calendar of reminders for important dates, managing personal appointments, and renewing insurance.

What if I’m unsure if a subscription is best for me?

PVS offers a one-time package including two hours of services. This is a great way to test out having a virtual assistant and explore how PVS can help streamline business or personal work.

What is the difference between the subscription and one-time package?

With a monthly subscription package, PVS can take over recurring, mundane tasks to help free up your time. You pay your subscription fee at the start of the month, and unused hours do not carry over month to month. With a one-time package, your hours carry over for one month following the purchase.

What if I run out of hours included in my subscription but all tasks haven’t been completed?

You can purchase additional hours at a discounted rate. If you consistently need additional hours, it may be more cost effective to upgrade your subscription package.
